After taking ITEC1001 your best choice is to choose between the following two courses:

All GGC students regardless of major must take 2 of the following 3 courses:

Choosing Digital Media or Introduction to Programming is a good choice because the general education curriculum requires each student to take at least one of the two.

  • If you plan on concentrating in Systems & Security or Software Development you should probably take Introduction to Programming first.
  • If you plan on concentrating in Business either choice is suitable.
  • If you are considering a major in a scientific field, Introduction to Programming may be the more suitable choice.
  • If you are considering a major in a humanities or business field, Digital Media may be the more suitable choice.
