A commercial network operator collects information about the interests and purchases of its users by keeping track of the forums and bulletin boards they use and the purchases they make; it then sells this information to other merchandisers. Users are not asked if they wish to participate in redistribution of such information.

Ethics - Codes that society as a whole view as proper conduct and differs depending on region and culture

Morals - Personal codes that a person views a action as either right or wrong. Typically it depends on a individual and not as a society.

An Acceptable Use Policy is a document that clearly lays out the rules and practices a user must follow to have access to a corporate network or internet.

-Geolocation is the identification or estimation of the real-world geographic location of an object, such as a radar source, mobile phone, or Internet-connected computer terminal. One of the issues is that someone can hack the system and identify where you are at anytime.
