Hey everyone. I'm interested in swimming, bboying, reading, writing, and music. I was homeschooled throughout high school, but it didn't make me weird, I promise. :D I'm a sophomore, and completed my first year of college at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. I currently work at Books-A-Million at Discover Mills, as a cafe barista. My favorite drink to make is a Caramel Macchiato Frappe. My intended major is Teaching English as a Second Language, but it might change depending on where I graduate. After college, I want to travel, mostly to South Korea and Singapore, and teach English to the students there.
I swam in a competitive league for ten years. My first team was the Dacula Dolphins, and then I switched to the Daniel Park Twisters. I went to several County and State competitions, and placed within the Top 50 of several hundred swimmers. My favorite strokes are Butterfly and Breaststroke.
I started dancing when I was in high school, mostly doing choreography with my church's teen choir. But, when I went to college, I fell in with a crew of bboys [and girls] called Peacemakers Crew. I love it so much, and am still dancing. I've been bboying for about a year now.
Reading has always been a passion of mine. My favorite books are The Hunger Games series, Lord of the Rings, The Chronicles of Narnia, especially Voyage of the Dawn Treader, The Uglies Series by Scott Westerfeld, anything by Jane Austen, The Hidden Hand, Blue Castle, and a whole bunch more that would be too long to list. :D
My original intended major was English, because I've been creatively writing since I was eleven. I've written several stories, and I've constantly kept a journal since I was about thirteen.
Music is another one of my hugest passions. I toyed with the idea of being a Music Production major, but it never worked out. I listen to a little of everything; 80's, 90's, pop, punk, rock, foreign, classical, instrumental. Anything but country. Sorry, country lovers!
